ISRO, or the Indian Space Research Organisation has announced that it carried out a controlled re-entry experiment of its aged Megha-Tropiques-1 (MT-1) satellite successfully. The final impact region estimated for the MT-1 satellite is in the deep Pacific Ocean, within the expected latitude and longitude boundaries, according to ISRO.
