Rocket parts that are often left in orbit during space launches may have a six to 10 percent chance to injure or kill humans in the next decade, claims a study conducted by researchers at the University of British Columbia, Canada. If the leftover rocket parts have a low enough orbit, they can re-enter the atmosphere in an uncontrolled way.
